Goods are shipped to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden ,Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Delivery happens through Omniva and DPD package machines in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, other countries via Mail. Upon receiving payment, the product will be shipped out in 2 working day’s time. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code that you can use to follow the delivery’s location.

Delivery time:

• Orders in Latvia should arrive within 1 - 3 days. 
• Orders in Baltics (Estonia and Lithuania) should arrive within 3 - 5 days.
• Deliveries outside of the Baltics may take anywhere from 7 - 30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.

In the case of damaged packaging, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], including your Order# (found in your receipt), describe the damage, and attach an image of the damage (if possible).

Due to hygiene concerns, products with an opened package cannot be returned.
